Still keeping the air of the 1920s, the Beach Hotel Monte Carlo offers a luxury retreat. It was built in 1929 and renovated recently, joining the charm of the old times with the ultimate elegance and comfort. Everything from furniture, mattresses and carpets was replaced with modern furnishings of conservative aspect.
The hotel is located on a peninsula facing Monte-Carlo, at the very border of Monaco and its postal address is in France. The rooms are all identical, having a sea view. There is a private beach, solariums, in addition to a heated, Olympic-sized pool swimming pool filled with purified sea water.
Among the famous guests of the Beach Hotel is Eva Peron, who stayed here in 1947, during her Rainbow Tour of Europe. In summer, Princess Grace came here almost every day.
